Body Soul Mornings
An embodied experience of the
Deep Feminine
Woman, Soul, Spirit: A Series Of 6 Morning Gatherings For Women
Exploring Body, Soul, Spirit & The Sacred Feminine.
January to March 2020 in London
Join us as we cross into January with a series of Friday morning BodySoul Rhythms® gatherings in North London. Sometimes, as we move through life, we can lose connection with some deep and important aspect of our selves. These mornings offer an opportunity to reconnect with the deep soul Self and with the richness of our embodied creativity.
The story “Sealskin, Soulskin,” a tale of returning home to oneself, will provide the map and will guide us on our journey together.
The tools for our time together come from myth and stories of the wild feminine, movement, dreamwork, meditation and mindfulness, creating a simple mask, ceremony and from personal reflection on our own individual life-stories.
Participants are required to commit to attending all 6 mornings, which will bring a sense of continuity and community to the circle and enable us to create a safe and sacred space together.
The sessions will be led by Jay Edge. Jay is a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, Group Facilitator and Supervisor. Jay’s retreat days and workshops weave BodySoul work, movement, creative expression and the storywork of Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes. Jay completed the Leadership Training Program with the Marion Woodman Foundation and trained at the Institute for Archetypal and Cross-Cultural studies with Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of “Women Who Run With The Wolves.”
Our gatherings and retreat days are open to all women. Group sizes are kept small to create a safe
and spacious experience but that does mean that groups fill up in advance. If
you are interested in joining us and have questions feel free to call or email
Jay and she will get back to you as soon as she can.
